These Terms govern purchases and use of TrueProof supplied by KarmaPower, s.r.o., Bystrc ev. č. 2438, 635 00 Brno, Czech Republic (IČO 21710007, DIČ CZ21710007). By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

The product and licence

TrueProof is a WordPress plugin for recent-activity notifications. The plugin code is licensed under GPL v2 or later. A paid purchase provides a time-limited entitlement to Pro features, updates and support for the purchased site count. Pro covers up to five sites. Agency covers up to 999 sites.

Plans, price and VAT

Pro costs €49 per year and Agency costs €149 per year unless a different price is clearly shown before payment. Prices are in EUR. Applicable EU VAT is calculated and added at Stripe Checkout where required. Stripe processes payment details.

Automatic annual renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are annual subscriptions and renew automatically each year using the payment method held by Stripe until cancelled. To stop a future renewal, email [email protected] before the next billing date and include the purchase email. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not by itself refund a completed renewal.

14-day money-back guarantee

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Include the purchase email and enough information to identify the payment. This voluntary guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Activation and site limits

A paid licence key may be activated only on the number of sites included in the plan. Activation, periodic validation and deactivation send the licence key, site URL and requested licence action to wptrueproof.com. Moving a licence may require deactivating it on the old site first. Sharing or reselling a key outside your own permitted sites is not allowed.

Real Data and Simulation modes

Real Data Mode displays recent events from enabled data sources on your own site. Simulation Mode generates explicitly worded sample events for setup and preview, and a visible “Demo” label is always shown. You remain responsible for using the plugin lawfully and must not present simulated events to consumers as genuine customer activity.

Support and compatibility

We provide the support level stated for your plan during an active paid period. WordPress, PHP and integration requirements are listed in the product documentation. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, extension, security rule or caching configuration, but we will reasonably investigate reproducible issues covered by support.

Availability and liability

The product is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss caused by your configuration, and our aggregate liability relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan during the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Czech law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined under applicable law.
